Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when your order ships.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, delivery method, and destination. Free-shipping promotions may apply for qualifying orders.

Once your order ships, tracking details are emailed to the address on file. If you do not receive tracking after 3 business days, contact us at sacredskin55@gmail.com.

International shipments may be subject to customs fees and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery may be delayed while items clear customs.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately with your order number so we can assist with a claim.
