Returns & Refunds
7-Day Returns Domestic Orders Only
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery for all domestic orders only, as this does not apply to international shipment. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
How to Return
- Contact support at sacredskin55@gmail.com with your order number and reason.
- Our team will provide return instructions and an authorization if eligible.
- Ship items back using a traceable shipping method. Keep your receipt until refund is processed.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval and process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or product, contact support to arrange an exchange. Exchange availability depends on stock.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items (opened skincare kits, samples, final sale items) are not eligible for returns. If an item is non-returnable it will be clearly marked at purchase.
